Overcoming personal challenges like addiction, social anxiety, and PTSD has shaped who I am today. These struggles inspired me to dive deep into the world of mental wellness, exploring countless self-help books, and transformative practices.
Now, through Mai Sanity Formula, I aim to share the most impactful insights and tools I’ve discovered. With a focus on meditation, time management, and approaches such as DBT, ACT, and CBT, my mission is to empower you to reclaim your peace and clarity.
